I am currently earning my master's in Events and Meetings Management at San Diego State University, where I'm able to blend what I'm learning into weddings where love becomes real, shared, and unforgettable!
Aside from here, you can find me in the wild at wine bars, coffee shops, and by the California coast for a breath of fresh air.
I truly believe that celebrations have the power to bring people together in ways nothing else can. They spark connection, shift energy, and create moments people carry with them for years.
At my core, I approach planning the same way I approach life: with curiosity and intention. Being engaged is a special time, and wedding planning should be as well. It is my promise to all of my couples that our work is rooted in a deep appreciation for the moments that truly reflect who they are!

Based in San Jose, Vanessa has been bringing loved ones together for as long as she can remember. What started with family gatherings and school events naturally grew into a love for planning weddings. She’s always one step ahead, spotting the little details that turn simple moments into something unforgettable. When she’s not planning your wedding, Vanessa is traveling the world (she and Jamie even made it to Japan together!), gaming, or hanging out with her cat, Miku.

Based in Los Angeles, Michelle supports the team with a strong and steady presence. Whether she's caring for guests, supporting vendors, or adjusting plans behind the scenes, she's always ready to adapt, keeping the day on track so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. It's her priority that everyone feels seen, celebrated, and loved. And despite the many weddings she's coordinated, don't be surprised if you catch her tearing up during a heartfelt toast! When she isn't planning weddings, you can find her playing volleyball, pickleball, or tennis with friends, or discovering new places to eat.
